I am highly analytical with extensive experience in process improvement, project management, data analysis, information system management, and team leadership. I am known for creatively navigating obstacles while methodically implementing solutions to complex challenges. I believe embracing change and diversity is essential for success, and I thrive on the dynamic nature of my work, in which I am committed to achieving excellence.

I started my career in Operations as a Coordinator, handling event logistics and contracts. I was soon promoted to Administrative & Facilities Manager, directing the operations of customer training facilities across North America. I focused on building relationships with other businesses and event managers, streamlining cross-functional communication, and improving process efficiency to successfully develop the third-largest revenue stream within the organization. 

I continued my career growth by accepting a position as Program Manager for IT training and delivery, collaborating with client stakeholders, subject matter experts, and sales managers to develop IT training programs. I analyzed training data from surveys and form submissions to identify optimal training paths and define qualified enrollments, enhancing training effectiveness and maximizing resource allocation within multimillion-dollar budgets. Additionally, as the first person in this role, I provided key insights that defined the responsibilities and contributed to developing processes and resources to scale the role. 

One of the most valuable insights I’ve gained is that growth stems from a culture that embraces curiosity, creativity, adaptability, collaboration, and open feedback. These values have guided me through new challenges, ideas, and experiences that have enriched my career and broadened my perspective, allowing me to adapt to change with confidence and resilience.
